Plaxo - Your Personal Style Assistant

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Plaxo! By downloading, installing, or using the Plaxo application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Plaxo regarding your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Plaxo is a virtual wardrobe and style assistant application that allows users to:

• Upload and organize their clothing items in a virtual wardrobe
• Try on outfits virtually using AI-powered technology
• Generate outfit combinations and style recommendations
• Track daily outfits and maintain a style diary
• Share outfits with the community and discover new styles
• Participate in style challenges and eco-friendly initiatives

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

4. Virtual Currency and Purchases

4.1 Plaxo Coins

The App uses a virtual currency called "Coins" that can be used to access premium features such as:

• High-definition try-on generation (50 Coins)
• Video generation (100 Coins)
• Adding additional wardrobes (30 Coins)
• Custom backgrounds (30 Coins)

4.2 In-App Purchases

Coins can be purchased through in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

4.3 No Cash Value

Virtual Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for real currency. Coins are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, including photos of clothing items and outfits. By uploading content, you grant Plaxo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains sexually explicit, violent, or offensive material
• Contains hate speech or promotes discrimination
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Impersonates any person or entity

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate try-on images and style recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or realistic
• Results may vary based on image quality and other factors
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
• You use AI-generated content at your own discretion

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 App Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Plaxo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the App
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLAXO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plaxo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Plaxo regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
